On guard at the Achterhakkers

A German soldier is standing guard at the Achterhakkers near the Kalkhaven. He is a member of the Luftwaffe, as indicated by the emblem on his helmet. In the background, the tower of the Grote Kerk is visible. This side of the Kalkhaven has changed very little over all this time.
