Soldiers in the MULO school

German soldiers have taken up residence in the Bijonderen School voor MULO (specialized school for advanced primary education) on the Singel in Dordrecht. The vehicles are parked in the school’s courtyard. There is a relaxed atmosphere. Schools were often used as billets or barracks. The buildings provided ample space for large groups of soldiers. The current building has hardly changed. Today, it serves as a childcare center.
