Corps of Engineers

As the Corps of Army Maritime Engineers had its garrison in Dordrecht, they were often involved in various parades and ceremonies in the city. It was not uncommon for the citizens of Dordrecht to see Dutch soldiers in the streets.

We see a parade of the Corps of Army Maritime Engineers during the visit of Queen Wilhelmina for the reopening of the renovated Seaport in September 1930.
